Yacht Sales Guru Gives Owners A Way To Sell With No Selling Commission! SAVE BIG.
Q) What is the biggest expense in selling a yacht?
A) The selling commission
But now you have a choice and don't need to pay this...
Let me introduce myself. My name is Gary Fretz and I have been in the yacht sales business for 24 years. I have supervised over 1,450 yacht sales. I have never had a complaint filed or a lawsuit go to court so you know I am a straight-shooter. I am Licensed and Bonded by the State of Florida as a Yacht and Ship Broker which has the most-stringent yacht sales law in the world. I have trained over 40 yacht brokers and have been called an "Expert Witness" in the yacht sales industry by the US Attorney of Florida's Dade County. I want to help sellers get their yachts sold, save them money and I have a unique new way to do that.
Here is how we will get your yacht sold:
1. You list your yacht with me and my company: Yachts International. This is a non-exclusive listing so you can also sell it yourself.
2. There will be a $1 selling commission due-on-sale (to comply with MLS system rules) so you will save money in a big way.
3. We will list your yacht on all the major yacht sales websites in the world. This is the key factor in getting exposure for your yacht. Selling your yacht is a "numbers game" and you usually must reach a lot of prospective buyers before you find the right one in this present market. Without major worldwide exposure you risk having to pay expensive "carrying costs" (dockage/storage, ongoing maintenance. loan payments, etc.) while you wait for your yacht to be sold ... so to save the most money you should get it sold as fast as possible.
4. I will advise you on how to prepare your yacht to be shown and sold.
5. I will guide negotiations and provide the FYBA (Florida Yacht Brokers Association) Purchase Agreement which has been in use since 1926, tested in the courts many times and is fair to all parties. In my experience, a fair, thorough contract is essential for a smooth and fast yacht sale.
6. I will refer the parties to the sale to an experienced, reputable Marine Documentation agent to prepare all the closing paperwork and coordinate the closing properly. I will get the Buyer to cover this cost.
7. I can provide tax-exemption to certain buyers who qualify. This is impossible under some state laws if you try to sell your boat yourself. In fact, in some states if you sell your yacht without a broker, the Buyer automatically owes Sales and Use Tax and is not eligible for exemption.
8. I will advise the Buyer on financing, registration, legal tax avoidance, refits, surveyors, insurance and everything else that serves as a catalyst to get the yacht sold.
9. I have a private database with all of the actual selling prices of yachts recorded since 1998. This database contains photos, specs and other details of all yachts sold and I will share this expensive information with you as part of my consulting services. Just give me your yacht's model year, manufacturer, model name and I can send you a list of what they sold for, what they were listed for, when they sold, how long it took to sell and many other details.
How do we accomplish all this at such a low price? By spreading the cost of Gary's consulting time among many Sellers.
You pay just $249/month consulting fee (minimum 3 months) and $50 to our Listing Secretary to get your photos and specs onto the websites. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice...
